A minimalist contemporary Caribbean house, nestled in a private sun-drenched courtyard with a terrace featuring an outdoor salt pool, gazebo, hammocks, and beautiful garden with a variety of fruit-bearing trees. Inside the house, a slide-away glass door separates the dining area from the garden and swimming pool.

The house features a fully equipped kitchen, formal dining table for six and a comfy living room. The contemporary, open floor layout constitutes an ideal venue for visitors to enjoy and relax.

For your comfort, the house offers three spacious bedrooms with king-size beds, windows and ample sunlight. The master bedroom has an AC unit and an en-suite master bathroom featuring an all-glass shower and a tub. The other two deluxe bedrooms have ceiling fans and a shared hall bathroom.
Additionally, there is a sun-room with a queen-size bed located in the terrace with a ceiling fan and views of the pool.
